We are seeking to re-stream live H.264 video from a network IP camera outputting an RTSP stream to an RTP stream that our website visitors can view in JW Player.

We believe the easiest solution for accomplishing this goal is that provided by Wowza Media Server:

Unfortunately, we followed the tutorial in the link above and we could only get it to work for 1-2 minutes before the camera disconnects. We have tried different cameras, different networks, and different servers, but the same problem happens in each case. The support people at Wowza Media do not have a solution.

Therefore, we are seeking someone who can either solve this problem for us or provide an alternate solution that works. We need a robust connection that provides a stable and reliable live video stream for our website visitors.
