We are looking for a good Web programmer/ developer who can develop websites from PNG or PSD file. Currently we have a project for an Artist's/Singer Website but will have more projects to come. 

The features we are looking at now are the following:

•Audio slide show
•Blog (with or without comments)
•Comment system 
•Content management system (preferably joomla!)
•Image gallery
•Mailing list for newsletters
•Member/User management
•Polls for visitor voting
•Rating system
•Web stats with reports and real-time data
•Video
•will be in 3 languages, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified chinese

We already have the design and layout that we will provide in PSD or PNG format. Detailed specs will be given.
