I'd like a price quote (with milestones) and time line for my project,
"CAT". It's a very simple and easy flash-card program. There will be
only text writing and 26 small photos. Layout much like this program:

Layout:
A CHAPTER section with Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3, Chapter 4,
Chapter 5, 6,7 ........
User selects "Chapter 1" -->
(This is all on one side of flashcard.)
Chapter 1 Question:
"What color is the sun?"
Answer:
-"The sun is yellow"
-Include a picture of the sun.
-Include a button to "read more"... if user wants to "read more", have
flashcard turn-over to back-side. When user finish "read more", user
may flip/turn flash card over back to the Chapter 1 and move on to
next Chapter 2.
A QUIZ Section
---> User chooses number of quiz questions ("I want to have 20
questions that the iPhone asks me").
--> User chooses which CHAPTERs to include in the quiz ("I want to be
quizzed on chapter 2, 3, and 8").
--> User then receives 20 quiz questions on chapter 2, chapter 3, and chapter 8.
For example
(1st side of flash-card)
Quiz question #1: What is big and yellow in the sky?
(2nd side of flash-card)
Quiz question #2 answer:
-The sun.
-With a photo.
-Also a option to go to CHAPTER 1 to read more.
A INFORMATION section:
"The CAT test is set up to test medical students. It is a 6 hour long
test. You may take with computer."
A ABOUT section:
"This app was created by xx and xx." can be emailed at abcdefg@ggg.com

Please answer the question in the message：
1. Is there a character limit for answers? Some answer are very long. No problem? User can scroll answer?
2. Some answers have jpeg pictures that must be displayed with the answer. Users must be able to zoom in on pictures. I have attached 3 pictures that need to be included. Are they ok to be used or must I edit them? Should make them less kilobyte size? What width and height should they be?
