We are looking for someone to generate a database-driven, object-oriented membership site with NO web-based interface.

The interface will instead be an XML API that you will create.

Then, you will create other websites that communicate with the central database using your XML API.

Emphasis will be on strong and solid object-oriented design practices, as well as a bulletproof API that all the satellite websites can use to communicate with the central one.
