Create website interface and associated programming to record audio from a browser/microphone and place the audio files in a directory on the same server that contains the the various program files (flash application, Java Script, or other) 

FILES and APPROACH
LANGUAGE FOR SERVER PROGRAMMING. 
The programmer should provide a view to the best approach for programming the application (e.g., JAVA Script, Flash, etc.). 

CONFIGURATION FILE AND DATA
This data needs to be stored for the program to utilize upon startup. It is assumed there will be some sort of configuration file that will need to be generated and saved when the program is started or stopped.  

AUDIO FILE 
MP3 Audio files need be generated from the program and stored in a specified directory. 

DATA FILE PARAMETERS
The Data File is a file with the various data records that may contain text or audio.
