We need you to develop a network of membership sites that are  all connected to one central membership site.

People's login information and passwords, etc, will be stored in the central membership site.

The "network" of sites will use an XML API, which you will create, to communicate over https:// with the central site, in order to verify login information and so on.

Full proficiency with PHP, MySQL, XML, an AJAX will be required.
