This project is for a Joomla / Jomsocial Expert only.  

We would like to develop a business community service based on Joomla that enables different members profiles such as business, entrepreneurs, investors, freelance, etc. to connect about “projects” (investment, partnership, request for quote,..) :
- Different Registration process for different categories of members (see jomsocial + JSPT)
- Paid/free memberships and access/view rights  (AEC,..)
- members upload video and detailed form with information to compose their profile 
- ideally one member can have multiple profiles (hack in JPST/Jomsocial) 
- member can answer a quiz to check his score (ariquiz or similar) and display in special profile
- member can post a project or a request with details/fields (using for example SOBI) according to different templates depending on request and added info (video, audio, etc.)  with advanced "featured" options (with fee)
-       project owner can configure terms of acceptance (to be accepted by other party)
- Members can search the database of “projects”  based on advanced search keys
- Other members see only limited information of project (no contact  info) and can only send a message of interest to project owner 
- If project owner agree, then a fee must be paid and contacts are exchanged
- An online project can be created by members after award (projectfork)
- Dimdim or videowhisper for online collaboration
