I need to develop the Healthy Meal Game in Flash.  This is a Diabetes initiative for a non-profit environment supporting children and young people.
 
As for the Healthy Meal Game the specifications are as follows. 

This should be in something like Flash and MySql and be able to plug into a Joomla website.
 
The concept of the game is to build a meal based on proper healthy balance and nutrition.  

Taking an empty plate and adding various food items in which to offer a healthy, balanced and nutritious meal.  

The food items are png files of real photos of cooked foods with full nutrition values associated.
 
This needs to cover all meal periods.  Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks.  

This needs to be multi player and offer scoring and be competitive with best/high scores etcetera.  However we must keep in mind the objective which is to teach children and young people proper meal planning and diet and be as subliminal as possible in getting the point across while being fun to play.
 
The thought is to graduate from one meal period to another.  Let’s say Breakfast to Lunch and then on to Dinner continuing until maybe you fail to achieve the proper balance threshold (Which we could specify in a parameter file) and then if you fail you may regress back to the level you had achieved before only advancing up through when correctly balanced.  Maybe a prize could be added if you do a good job in planning which is the allowance of some nice desert like a cake, pie or candy etcetera.  

This needs to be full user tracked as well from the Joomla account.  The food photos would be stored in a MySql database table with associated nutrition values which could be build upon.  A possibility to print out your meal plan for shopping proposes is also a good idea.  

The developer my offer suggestions and input to improve the concept.  This is a non commercial not for profit initiative and the budget is limited.  However as we continue with other e-Learning initiatives more games will need to be developed along with other software for Nutrition monitoring.
