We have an app already in the App Store that we'd like to add some things to.

-We'd like to make the app nice to look at (it's a bit bare bones)
-We'd like to add a few features
-We need someone smart who knows the platform and will take some initiative (i.e., adding something because they think we've overlooked a problem)
