I need someone to write a modular, intelligent, multi-threaded web-bot that sits on a computer somewhere and simulates the behavior of many human beings.

I would prefer it to be written in PHP or Java (I know PHP can't do multiple threads, but it could be accomplished with multiple processes).  

However, if you really would rather do it in another language, that is fine, as long as it runs on Linux.

You must be able to use a packet analyzer to analyze the behavior of some existing software I already have, and then replicate that behavior perfectly using the web-bots.
