We are looking of expert Worpress theme developers to create a template for a website that will use Wordpress as a CMS and use the blog functionality as their news items. 

Candidates who apply must:
- Be able to take a Photoshop mock-up and create a fully working Wordpress theme
- Be able to make Wordpress behave natively as a CMS as well as use a blog/news feature
- Be aware of web standards and have a clean coding style
- Be able to suggest plugins to achieve specific goals for the website
- Have good English and communication skills

We have these kind of jobs all the time, so we are looking for someone to forge a working relationship with, not just a once off project.

For this project we will not offer an upfront payment, but only pay once the project has been completed. If this is a problem for you DO NOT APPLY!
