I require an application developed for Symbian that can be installed on Nokia 6620 phones with built-in GPS. List of features:

1) graphical user interface (ie. not command line)
2) read GPS location info
3) post location info to URL via HTTP 
4) set the frequency of (2) and (3) in seconds
5) autostart after turning on the phone
6) should use a predefined internet connection instead of asking user to select
7) GUI should display: GPS coordinates, last date/time of http post, status of http post (http response body)
8) configure remote development environment through VNC so that I can make modifications

There is a nice example with source code called LocationRefAppForS60 in the SDK which you can use to jump start the project.
