I would like a full clone of this script (including the licensing and installer features), plus a couple of customizations that will involve addition/modification of modules, incorporation of a few AJAX effects, addition of stats features, rebranding, and WordPress plugin integration.

I am not sure how much to pay for someone to do this, so I am throwing out a number that i think is fair for something that already exists and you can look at.  Please feel free to bid what you feel this project should be worth.
