3.  We are located in North America, in Eastern Standard Time zone.  IF you're required to attend a conference call you MUST be available during 8 AM to 6 PM.

Online tuition site, with blackboard and Live Voice chat

We require an online tuition site that will do the following:

1.  Have a blackboard (the tutor will draw on it with his mouse, and members will all be able to view it) 
 
2.  Text and Voice chat, everyone will be able to ask questions, and the tutor will answer.
