We want a BEAUTIFUL Website that Uploads Pictures (Photo Gallery) and Allows Blog Text Editing by Non-IT User (All in the same page) 

Should look like a Beautiful Artistic Website (This Will Be For A Professional Photographer) --
 
Project Requires Building Five Pages (Each with slightly different layout for Photo Upload and Text Entry) 

Template Pages should allow for Easy Photo Upload and Blog-Like Text Entry/Editing (Of Photo Captions and blog-like articles on same page).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Template should fill whole page 
(No narrow blog format-- should instead be as wide as a web page)

Attractive/Artistic Portfolio Examples Are A Must



Editable like a blog, although should NOT look like a blog.

 
Up to 7 photo uploads per page and easy caption and article text editing by Non-IT Site Owner

Also be expandable to an unlimited amount of pages (like a blog). More on photo gallery aspect:

Each page will have thumbnails of images with a light-box that blows up each image as you press 'next' to move the images through this blow-up box. Web Site should be well organized and easy to navigate. 

There also should be the same easy-to-use navigation bar on every page. 

NOTE: To get this job-- 

You must have portfolio that shows-- 

Artistic-quality work, full-screen-width web page, but with photo upload and text-editable areas for a non-IT website owner. 

So whether you achieve this with a blog template, PHP or some other method-- 

This site must be easy to change (like a blog with photo gallery) for an average person-- 

But should be beautiful in background and design.
