I need someone to create a high quality poll script for me.
My current coder scammed me and ran off with the money but he did a small job - did not finish it.

Now the script must be easy to install on any domain name and any host. 
The script must allow users to create high quality POLLS instantly.

So for example, if I create a poll on "What is your favourite color" the users can select their favourite color by clicking on appropriate answer.

Once they click on a certain answer they get redirected to the domain name of your choice.

As you can see the script must be able to let me upload images of my choice and link them and also set the URL the person gets redirected to once they click yes or no.

I wanted a replica of http://thepollfactory.com/ but in a much better language that would be easy to install - mainly PHP.

The user must also have a HTML editor where they can customise the layout and design of the script. So for example, they can change the layout and design of the output the poll produces.

I do not want anyone to scam me because I have been scammed numerous times.

Please understand I am a serious business person and I like good communication.
