Web application - highly configurable document creation and management application for methodology derived templates. 

PHASE 1 features include: 
• Login at Product Administrator (Master) and User (Customer) levels 
• Landing page contain links to multiple methodology pages
• A methodology page contains: 
o Pictorial roadmap of templates*
o Templates accessible via roadmap and document tree structure 
o Templates launched and edited via (1) UI; or (2) exported to Word 
o Each template may be configured with different section headings/sub-headings*
o Where UI is launched to edit a document, display section-by-section UI for each template heading/sub-heading to capture content*
o Each section will have user help text displayed*
o Generate document according to section-by-section configuration*
o Generate document within application or export to Word 
o Document version control 
• *Configurable backend tables/database to contain a list of methodology name, methodology templates, methodology sequence in roadmap, template section headings/sub-headings, template section heading/sub-heading display sequence, template section user help text
• Single master template may be copied as customer template in the same directory structure as master directory 
• Suite of master templates may be copied as customer templates in the same directory structure as master directory 
• Single or suite of customer templates -- i.e. copied master template(s) into the customer directory -- may be checked out at template price list 
• Single or suite of customer documents -- i.e. where edits have been done to the template by launching the UI -- may be checked out at customer document price list
• Configurable price list for templates and customer documents
• Shopping cart to check-out selected products

PHASE 2 Approx 80% code re-use of phase 1 plus enhanced and new functionality - Detailed Requirements available

Considerations required when developing phase 1 solution. Phase 2 features are:
• Login at Product Administrator (Master plus other levels of administrator security access) and User (Client Administrator, Client User) levels (Phase 1 enhancement) 
• Product subscription (New functionality in Phase 2 Note: This replaces the checkout facility in Phase 1) 
• A methodology page contains: 
o Pictorial roadmap of templates*
o  (Same as Phase 1)
o Templates accessible via roadmap and document tree structure (Same as Phase 1)
o Templates launched and edited via (1) UI; or (2) exported to Word (Same as Phase 1)  
o Each template may be configured with different section headings/sub-headings*(Same as Phase 1)
o Where UI is launched to edit a document, display section-by-section UI for each template heading/sub-heading to capture content* (Same as Phase 1)
o Each section will have user help text displayed* (Same as Phase 1)

Continued engagement of the successful bidder will be determined by quality of work demonstrated in phase 1 delivery.

Also please note there will be NO UPFRONT PAYMENTS but intallment payments can be made upon successful delivery of each pre-defined milestones.
