We need to clone a website which has tv broadcast links inside.
Changes:
1. Make it Hebrew language
2. Make Open Chat to each  Channel 
3. integrated PHPBB forum
4. LCD background graphic (supplied)
5. Full screen mode is needed as well.
6. Webadmin should add channels from the backend
