1 Problem Statement
This SoW pertains to the tools that will be used to manage code, defect tracking and internal technical communications. To achieve these objectives we need to install following tools:
1.1 Configuration Management System (CMS): Subversion
The requirements for CMS are:
1. Install & test latest release of Subversion release number 1.6.6.
2. Establish a baseline by putting all the files: code (php, javascripts, HTML, CSS), content (videos files) and other items in the Subversion
3. Complete baseline process by putting material is production system using the baseline.
4. Setting up the system with initial users with access to the system.
5. Setup a development system with unique partitions to different users. So when we ask a developer to develop a system he should be able to create a development and test environment for him or her.
6. Write or port a Subversion help FAQ to wiki. It should be targeted at bringing a new user up to speed and online help. We should prefer to use consistent commands across all developers.

1.2 Defect Tracking System
Install Bugzilla as defect tracking system. Initialize the system. Tie in CMS with DTS. Every checkin by the developer should have a Bugzilla tracking number associated. System also needs to be setup for issuing weekly defect report to key stakeholders.


1.3 Install Wiki
Recommending appropriate wiki for internal document sharing like requirements, ideas, and meeting notes.

3 Environment
3.1 Workplace
The developers are mostly remote in countries like India, Bangladesh, Ukraine, US and Canada.

The main requirements are:
1. Remote secure access to the code, database and files.
2. Providing limited access to developers eg providing access to HTML and PHP but not to content video files.
3. Ability to add, delete or expire users.

3.2 Environment
Gourmandia.com is hosted by managed services. We have full access and control of the servers and control the servers.

The properties listed in this document are all hosted at one place. Current method posting code is using ftp.
