I am a real estate agent in the DC, VA, and MD Area. I am focusing on branding with my internet marketing and I want 3 websites: 
I. My parent site. Will supply domain name upon request. It is hosted by http://www.z57.com and I wish to host independently of them using IDX Solution found on  http://www.idxbroker.com to incorporate into my site for real time data. 

My Website hooked up to an IDX Solution must be able to search foreclosures, Use insta compare to give value of homes 

II. Please take a look at the tools located on this site, I would like it replicated using the IDX provider I specified above

II.            &nbsp ;     Secondly, I would like 2 micro sites. Similar to the branding theme of my parent site regards to perhaps colors, but entirely different layouts. My micro sites will be focused on one, buyers (people who would like to purchase property) and two, sellers (people who want to sell their properties).
III.            &nbs p;   The microsites, may have a flash header as well but will be static. We may incorporate IDX at a later date.
