I need to customize moodle with the following functionality:

    * Customize home page for unauthenticated users.  Banner with login box, create new account link, and lost password link.

    * Custom registration questions with dependancies (if question 3 is X, then also ask question 4).

    * Custom MyMoodle page for authenticated users based on specific layout.  The page will include:  Course library with status, announcements from administrator, My Profile with button to edit, a block for surveys/forms, and groups (see below)

    * Based on answer to a question during registration, be able to create "Learning Groups."

    * All participants can join learning groups.

    * Custom reporting for user groups (admins of user groups can see course participation/grades of the participants in the group)

 
After showing interest in this project by applying, I will send a complete requirements document and video mock up of a possible design.

Then, you share a basic approach and final bid.
