Below is my requirement
Client

Design Requirement
1. Desigh a web page with one flash.
2. Accept file upload on the page
3. Show progress bar while uploading and processing
4. Display the result back to the user.
5. Create a page that will display a graph

Development Requirement
1. On upload, run the file against a perl script (the scrip is ready and working)
2. Condult File size/type filter
3. Take the response from the script and display the result to user.
4. Write the response to the mysql database
5. Display a graph from the database
6. The server side processing should be a java web service.
6. The web service and the client should be packed seperately.


Ajax or Flex would be preferred for graphics.
Want to do the project with minimum budget.
