Web 2.0 Style Web designer needed Wordpress / Joomla

I need web 2.0 style website done in wordpress or joomla.  The designer need to be able to produce quality work.  

The ability to make flash presentation is highly desirable.

i am a computer company here and may need to outsource more websites.  Need someone reliable and dependable and not take forever to get the work done.
