I am looking for an EXPERT flash developer who will be responsible for developing a flash application that will run on a Windows Server with Microsoft SQL Server backend. 

Functionally, the application need to perform similar to the following example -  https://worlddoc.fugu.com/system/index.asp?shownum=210 .   

Application Features:
1. Video Player - Play Video with volume and playback control while also controlling the slides that correspond with the video presentation. 
2. Forum and Chat - The application must also be capable of basic chat and forum functionality - with the content being stored in a Microsoft SQL Server database.  
3. Polls - The ability to display poll questions and results to users. 
4. Related Products - The application must be able to display related product images and hyper-links to the respective product pages. 
5. Multimedia View - Splitting the application into sections that displays each 

The flash application must be capable of receiving the logged in UserID and Name to be used in the Chat and Forum functionality.  

Do NOT accept this project unless you are a native ENGLISH SPEAKER.

We expect to pay projects on a fixed fee basis.
