We require a complete back-end solution for a NEW type of affiliate program. Some developers say we are a cross between a member driven club, a site replicating affiliate program and MLM.
 
The programming can done with either SQL, MYSQL or PHP, we use shared hosting on ‘GoDaddy’ servers. Since artwork and content text will be done by AcquireUSA, you must be EXPERIENCED with writing code for MLM and affiliate ‘type’ projects. If you have never done this before, you must tell us up front.

Customized programming will be heavy, hierarchy tracking low. Members are paid by achievement levels.

Everything else about our program is standard for a membership based affiliate MLM program. We require full integration of automated email notification, user control panels, transaction tracking, payment system, self-replicated member landing pages, shopping carts and product.

-The member genealogy is similar to a forced binary matrix. 

- It starts with a sponsor, who finds two people. This is the first tier. 

- The two people in the first tier then find two people of their own. 

- When the second tier is filled  the original sponsor will ‘exit’ when the 7th person enrolls.   

- When the Sponsor ‘exits’ the cycle, they re-enter another cycle. We call this a ‘recycle.’ 

- The achievement they make at the end of every cycle is a ‘milestone.’  Achievements earn points.

- The true complexity of this otherwise simple system are the unique rules for pay out, points transfer, bonuses, penalties and restrictions.

You must be experienced with ‘standard’ MLM Back-End features. Example: Automatic eProduct download, Email Auto-responder, Automatic Replicated member Landing Pages, Automated News distribution, Auto-confirmation and Payment features. 

- User Back End: the member has a login/pass and must see their account details, monitor their referrals, team genealogy and earned income. 

- Admin Back End: standard management controls and edit features

Previous Model Success

This project is based on someone else’s pre-existing and successful model. Their site is 6 weeks old and has 3,000 members. That may sound impressive, but considering they get 13,000 hits every DAY and it cost $12 to join -- that's terrible.

Their conversion is low because their FRONT END is a disaster; with ‘dancing’ outdated word-art and icons. The text flows non-stop, the income earning description is too complex.
We were hired to re-do their front-end AND we realized we could do much better.
