I am looking to create a website similar to:

The website will have similar amounts of information but I do not want it to look like a clone. It will serve as as your guide. I am also looking for someone to create an appropriate logo for the site.

I need an IDX expert. Must know do’s and don’ts of search engine optimization and be familiar with tried and test proven techniques. . . . 2 additional websites that need to be updated.  
Proficient in search engine marketing techniques, keyword analysis, request link exchange, social bookmarking, blog commenting, forum signature linking, directory submissions, and article submissions, ad-sense, pay-per-click and any other ideas to make this site at the top.
