We are currently looking for a WP theme developer.  Must be very knowledgeable in Wordpress and its’ functions.  We also need to implement a homepage slider (see details below).  This coder must think on his/her own and come up with coding solutions to our ideas.   We have many WP jobs and if the coder is expert in wordpress and has good prices, we will 1) continue to give coder work and also add the coder as Co-Creator and a team member of Neato Themes. 

All themes must be branded with Neato Themes so you can’t start working from another theme and just edit an existing theme.  

Here are more details about the project: 

   1. Mockup – http://www.neatothemes.com/mockups/
   2. Need to create the front page slider to work just like http://www.woothemes.com does.  We want the thumbnails to scroll through a specific category.
   3. The gallery (see mockup) will pull in only the thumbnail and also the release date and tags
   4. This particular site needs to be very easy for us to upload new themes
   5. Site needs to be 100% valid XHTML/CSS
   6. We have the WP-eStore shopping cart plugin.  Need to modify the CSS to format like we have in the mockups
   7. The only pages using the sidebar will be the pages.php
   8. Buttons have hover effect along with menu
