I need someone to create a webpage for creating MSN nicks/nick letters.

The style that I am looking for is something similar to this:

1 column on the left to add a menu which points to other pages


1 column in the middle for the nick generator


1 column on the right for skyscraper banners

You would be creating all that, including the generator that is shown in the example (user enters text in topmost box and as they type the code/text is returned below).

Important: You MUST code this yourself and not just copy the code from this or any other site. You may use the alphabet(s) from any page as I do not believe it's something that can be copyrighted.

I'm particularly interested in having the page LOOK good. So good graphic design skills are required for this project. I want the boxes to be graphically clean and interesting rather than just the standard text box.
