Need to find a Joomla / PHP developer to find or create , install & set up a SMS alert notification component & plugin. It would create the ability for the admin to send important messages to registered users via SMS text messaging.

The site users would have a field to enter their mobile number, service provider (if necessary for this service) as well as a check box option to receive SMS text messages. (This would be integrated into the existing Joomla 1.5 User Registration.

It should notify anyone who registers to be alerted by phone text message of any new alerts and notices which are posted to our site. They subscribe to receive alerts. Should have over 3 years of working Joomla & PHP experience. Have good English communication skills. Keep a good work log with comments on taskcity. Must write short outline summery of work done and show us how to make simple modifications ourself. We want this to be very easy to operate, very intuitive.
