Looking for some Professional Programers Team to help us develop some new range of extensions for our sites

We are a 4-year old company managing two newly launched websites:

1. www.eMasti.Net (a PHP script-based Audio,video search engine with option to search, play and downlaod desired audios or videos plus providing the embed code for each to be used either at your blog, forum or in profiles at FaceBook, MySpace or Twitter etc.)

2. www.TheStatesmen.Net (a WP-Based Online Daily Newspaper)

We are looking for a small-midesize programming team who are well equiped professionally with good working knowledge in PHP who can propose/recommend plus quote and then assist us in developing a range of new extensions for our sites besides giving the first one a more professional look and to help us with SEO basically to attarct more and more visitors friendly and popular.

We plan to spare upto US$25,000 for this project initially but the budget can be anhanced provided we see good results at the initial stage of our cooperation.

2. We have a script at the below link working as a 'File Search Engine', which helps users to search files with uploading dates from RapidShare & Five other (RapidShare, MegaUpload, MegaShares, Badongo, FileFront & SaveFile) file servers.
