The job is building a classified ad website. We will need:

1)  Ability for anyone to post an ad. 

2) Ad will include drop down and/or extra  text-entry details like price, item, manufacturer, serial number, location of seller (or buyer), & where they can meet to buy/sell the item. 

3) Sellers should also be able to upload a photograph with each ad. 

4) Item types will have 6 static categories.

5) All ads will be grouped by city and cities will be grouped under states. 

6) There will be 250 cities listed (no pictures or web design, just a white page just the text and links so an ad can be placed).   (Like Craigslist, only with just 6 item categories) and these exact same categories under each of 250 exact same page (the only difference between will be the city name).

7)  There also will be a place for a simple member profile (including a text box for a few paragraphs of text that can be entered by the member). 

8) Admin ability to delete ads and profiles. 

9) First page will fetch some simple market info (the price of 5 items on the stock market). These prices will update every 15 minutes. First page will also fetch a market graph for the same information (will also update every 15 minutes). 

10) Site also needs Wordpress Multi-user. 

Candidate must have advanced (expert) PHP (or other similar programming language ability), good MYSQL experience, strong WordPress and also good HTML ability.

10) A simple calculator that ads member inputed number to the current price of that item on the stock market.

Please provide two bids: 1) for site with 250 identical city pages and 2) site with 6 city pages but with admin ability to create more pages.
