We require a page of our website which allows users to sign up for SMS Alerts. Specifically we require;

A page where the user enters their name, mobile number, and dates they wish to receive (from - to) these alerts. They are then directed to a PayPal checkout page where they pay $1 AUD x Number of days they requested alerts.

Once they have paid their details are entered in our MySQL database.

We also require a module which allows our Staff to send alerts from a password protected area of the site. These alerts are sent to users in the database via an API POST request, which sends the messages out to the users.
