We have a database which is in MSSQL 2005/2008, with 4 tables, let's say table 1, 2, 3, and 4.

These tables are currently accessed by users using FileMaker pro, or Access (data access pages), and all users logon as "sa". This is incorrect and was only a temporary configuration.

Now, we require the following;

* Create a web app/script which will be ASP based, which will be on an internal network not accessible to the internet - we will see to this part - which will have the following functions

* Logon/Logout - must be able to logon to authenticate who is accessing the database


* Edit the database, update records, create new records, but not actually change structure of tables - just add/remove data from the tables


* Search - this is very important - It must be possible to have a search which will search through the entire database quickly and output results in some easily manageable way, for example, in search, I want to search a string for example *ML570* and find any references to this in any table

Also another part of this which is important :

* I need a new table made, which will have data from some of other tables as well, linked

For example;

* MACHINE INVENTORY


server1 / wan ip / lan ip / mac 1 / mac2 / mac3 / mac4 / license keys / location / power consumption / etc etc etc - around 25-30 fields

This new table would have all of the above and some more fields, but I would want the web app, to show this data either in list/table form, or split table/form and allow updates to take place.

Another very important part of this, is to provide in this new table, the capacity to upload files and store them inside the database, these could be log, jpg, txt, any type of files which wouldn't exceed 3-4MB each. We want them stored in the database
