I have the domain, kindlyreminder.com and I want to set it up so people can register, join the site, totally free, and select specific reminders they want, such as birthdays, anniversaries, appointments, etc., the system will then send out an email reminder at such dates/times for their account for free.


I want to be able to upgrade their account to a paying account using paypal, if they would like sms notification for reminders as an upgrade option. I currently have an sms system on the site working in php script. We can use the current scripts to integrate the sms portion of the reminder system. I need the paypal to be a "subscription" charge for this sms alert system.


Also, I need a nice design, with an administration backend to manage the accounts, add/edit/activate, de-activate. I need full email blast to customers w/html emailing., I need banners on the top, sides, uploadable from admin backend and run based on impressions/clicks/time expiration options. top/side Banner sizes need to be standard and spelled out in the backend for easy uploading understanding. I also want a video/flash uploading section also for advertising.


the site needs good design/flash/graphics and good explanation to "sell" users on how the site works, features and benefits (editable from backend content).


Site needs to user-friendly, password login/forgot pword/username system/


use email as username for logins.


Needs RSS and Follow-it standard (I can show some currently we use)


Needs html sitemap and a google friendly sitemap.xml

**BIDDER REQUIREMENT**I want ALL bidders to make a "mock-up" design of the home page in jpeg image if they wish for me to consider their bid. If you don't have time to make a sample "mockup" of your design, DON'T BID ON THIS PROJECT! I will not consider your bid if you cannot provide a mock-up design or a really good relevant similar project you have completed already.

I also need for the winning bidder to maintain/fix/edit any bugs and issues for the first 90 days after the project is completed.

**TERMS**I do not "PRE_PAY" so don't ask for money in advance of project. I have excellent ratings and pay for every project. I will not put funds in escrow. I will pay 50% once the project is completed on YOUR server. I will pay the other 50% once it is installed, tested and working on my server. No exceptions, no advance fees, period. If you don't like my terms, DO NOT BID!
