This website is a very important project and i only need serious developers to apply.  I need an integrated admin and user interface.  

You MUST read the whole description.  YOU MUST advise on the time you think it will take to complete the project.  If deadlines which you provide ARE NOT met beyond what is reasonable, there will be a penalty amount to the final payment.  

This job may not suit individuals and may require a TEAM of professionals.  As time is an issue and the work load is too much for 1 individual.  

Please read the following structure and provide time period and price.  Please do not send me a standard response which you copy and paste for all projects.  I need specific response in relation to it or you will be ignored.

The site will also need to be SEO friendly.  A designer will be found seperately and you will need to collaborate design and programming.

IMPORTANT NOTE ## This website must be available in a choice of arabic or english.  And services should be able to get seperated by country. 

This website should also be able to run its own affiliation programme in terms of products and services it provides, and run its own ADs throughout the site.

The Website Structure
One Main Site – With 8 Different Functions each on a subdomain.
Important note – This site ultimately serves different functions.  Users of this site should be able to sign up for different services separately, but once they are signed in be able to access all the different services.
For eg. I sign up for jobs, business and property separately as different details are required.  The next time i sign in, i should automatically get access to the user section of the jobs, business and property section.   (Similar to your google account.  You sign in once and you get access to gmail, adsense etc.  But you need to sign up to gmail and adsense separately).
Sections:
1. Discount Coupons -  This section will basically allow businesses to upload discount and promotional coupons for their products.  These coupons will have an expiry date, set by either the business, or by us as a package e.g. 1 week package, 1 month package etc.

If the business chooses a package greater than a week, they should have the ability to log in to their account, and update their coupon in regards to its details or product.  So it will be dynamic.  

Business will be able to log in to their account in order to insert coupons and check how many users have clicked on their coupon link.

Coupons will be available to users in the form of printable vouchers, and if a business has a website, they should be able to create a discount code to be used on their website. 

Coupons on the website should be searchable by category, and by country for users.

2. Shopping – This section of the site allows retail stores to create a online store on our platform, which users can purchase directly from.   The site needs to have ready templates which store owners can use to display for their site.  It should be easy for a store owner to set up their store.   This will be a similar concept to ebay stores.

Business will get their own unique link once they set up a store eg. Shop.mysite.com/retailstorename

Business should be able to login and update their store inventory.  Should be able to post pics of their products, which is viewable in large and small format.

All payments will be processed by oursites payment gateway, and we will then forward on funds to the businesses.  It is very important that both the business and our site receive a copy of the receipt.

The site should also display on its first page latest products, deals etc.

3. Travel – This section of the site will be an online travel agency.  We would like to be able to use 3rd party services, as well as integrate our own deals done direct with vendors.  For eg, working directly with an airline in the region.

The site should be able to display offers, latest deals etc. 

4. Business – This section of the site will be similar to a  Alibaba.com concept.  It is for businesses to be able to communicate to other businesses.  This is a members only service, and businesses have to provide certificate of registration to sign up.  We will follow up with each company to activate their account.

Features will include searching for businesses by industry, country, products.  Companies should also be able to set up their own showroom, and be provided a unique link for it eg. Business.mysite.com/mycompany.

Business should be able to add prospects to their “friends list”, and should be able to chat with each other on the platform.

We would like to also integrate a social networking feature in to this section, where groups can be created.  The purpose of this section is to make it as easy as possible for business to find each other and potentially work together.

5. Property – This section will basically be a property portal where real estate agents and private individuals can list their properties for sale or rent.   

This should be categorised by country.  And then cities within that country.  Should be very user friendly.  Something similar to http://www.domain.com.au

Advertisers will have to post pictures otherwise the ad is not accepted.

6. Jobs -  This section of the site will be freelance jobs such as taskcity.com / freelancer.com / peopleperhour.com

Users will be able to create accounts, upload their skill sets.   Clients will be able to post jobs, and wait for users to bid, alternatively clients may contact users directly.

This should be categorised by country aswell.  And ofcourse all required data must be provided by users in terms of cv, skills, experience, languages etc.

7.  Going Out and Experiences – This will basically be the selling of things to do and experiences to be had.  This will be similar to http://www.lastminute.com
In this section of the site, we will provide both vouchers codes, discounts, and actually sell items directly.
8. Funny Tv – This section of the site will allow users to upload funny videos.  The community then vote on videos.  And the video with the most votes wins a prize.
