If you take  time to read about our needs & you feel that you can help, then I look forward to hearing from you. If you are lazy then do not bother to reply.  We have a great project that you may like to work on if you know that you can do a good job. The website is important to us. 
 VooDoo Scooters is a retail store in Albuquerque, NM. Since we have permission from our wholesale companies, we can now sell on the internet. We'd like to transfer our voodoo-tiki theme from the actual store to the website as well. Right now we have http://www.voodooscooters.com . 

We may have a differnent one for the national sales or we may change our existing site to include national sales. We'll be doing our own photoshoots to put up on the site. 
Recently I discovered that a self hosted Wordpress sight might not be the best way to go if we are doing an e-commerce website with a lot of inventory. It pains me to have to get a website coded for me because I'm an Wordpress enthusiast & it is nice being able to easily  add & change content.  
There are two aspects of this site that I need to hire for. One of them being design. For us to retain our distinct style I need a very creative person. Now I do have someone I would like to design the site for me & you can see why here. http://hyase.daportfolio.com However she cannot do the backend programming. She says that it is possible for her to design the site & for someone else to program it. This is optimal for me if it is possible. Let me know. 
A mentor of mine suggested that Magento is a good tool for e-commerce. If you know a better tool than feel free to let me know or tell me if you are familiar with Magento if it is good. 
We'd like flash integreated as well, as we already have an opening page animation.

Can you code a website that someone else designs? If not do you have creative examples of your own work? 
Have you coded a website with lots of inventory? What type of software did you use?
Can you incorporate flash images either that you or someone else made? 
Do you know anyone with these particular skills? 
Or if you can do it, can you give us a project price instead of by the hour price that would be good for you?
