Build a Python commandline tool to find suspected duplicates in a flickr photostream. Use EXIF imformation and the hash of the image. Use http://www.spinfx.org/Dupr/default.asp as inspiration on how to proceed.

Input will be the Flicker username / Photostream URL (e.g. http://www.flickr.com/photos/example/) and output should be a list of images/urls belived to be duplicates.
