We need a customized database program, which will keep records of customer's information (i.e. name, address, contact numbers email etc. – previous orders). and order processing functionalities.

This is for a Vendor selling Contact lenses on a local level. So this program would serve as the platform to process orders from clients. Then sending the total daily orders to the wholesalers email.

The program should have all of the following features and capabilities:

Customer database.

Name, address, contact info.

Purchase history, payment and billing history for that customer.
Item database.

Brand, Product name, product info.

Product details (power #, B.C. #, etc.) [All the products and
detailed info. Could be taken from website: (provided to interested coder).

Order processing.

Ability to enter new orders.

View existing and previous order history.

Add total daily order in a so called shopping cart.

Sort all the orders by product & Brand.

Send an email -from this program- to the wholesaler.

Inventory database

Mark received products from wholesaler.

Mark shipped or pickup of arrived products.

Alert for un-arrived products.


This program must be made as a very Simple and easy -to-use program. Platforms and GUI should be Neat and nice.
