i need to design an e-business solution for selling my Voip telephony services through online.

looking for
- website for selling phone credits online(e.g. catalogue management, online payment, customers management, stock management, order management etc)
- billing server for Voip in SQL server and .net.
- website should be programmed for .net and SQL server platform
- also it should be able to synchronize with the Voip billing service to see the calling history and phone credits.
