We are seeking bids to build additions to our health and wellness website. We want to add features similar to elements of http://www.sparkpeople.com , specifically the Daily Nutrition/ Meal Plan and Exercise Management sections. We are not interested in the duplication of the right hand side blocks (points, fitness minutes and the like...) We will use the existing handshakes sides for that.


These additions must be programmed to be available as modules that can be plugged into an existing handshakes professional website and database.


We would require a verbal consultation prior to initiation of this project and to make sure that the bases are covered.

Requirements / Changes:


1) we want to be able to simply add through the handshakes admin meals to the daily meal planner


2) we want the nutrition value of the items to be generated through the SR 22 Nutrition Database provided by the USDA. ( http://www.ars.usda.gov )


3) We would like to be able to simply update the SR22 version data when a update is made available by the USDA,


4) We would like to add a field to the display for both the change a meal and the daily planner that would be capable of adding a link to the recipe section of our site.


We also want to ensure that the tools at the bottom of the page are included ...(grocery list, print the plan and weekly progress.

2) we want full control over the output of the data via css


3) here too we wish to update data via handshakes admin

1) we want to be able to add exercises to the areas via the handshakes admin


2) each exercise need to allow the user to determine sets and reps for their workout.
