Convert the dll of supercopier software from shared meme + ipc to named pipe
The dll will by stay in c/c++ only, it use COM for catch the file copy/move event.
Keep the same structure as possible, for especially keep the named pipe open while the application is not closed and dll not unloaded.

Sub-Target: remake the dll for it support the protocol:

And communicate with compatible application, application which do the copy instead the default copy system.

Ultracopier in version 0.2.0.0 support this protocol, but you can use:

For simulate compatible application of copy and send/receive in raw the data.
