I need a project management site in ASP.NET similar with basecamphq.com. I want a complete clone (including all the pages, features, tutorials, etc). Obviously with a new design.

The code must be ASP.NET 3.5 / C# with AJAX. Database must be MS SQL Server.

All the code will be written as ascx controls that will be placed on pages after that. I want to be easy for me to integrate parts of this site into another site. Also, all the business/database logic must be located in separate classes.

Site should work in IE6+, Firefox 2+, Safari.
Use ajax where appropriate.

Important: I expect from a serious bidder a full specification of the project or at least an analysis of what will be done. Please do not post template bids. I will not reply to them.
