The project consists of the following:
A. Someone who truly can take total ownership, someone who can understand the concept, and can make the site fully operational without any kinks. I have the shell of a site with a number of modules that can be recreated, but being that this is a joomla site, it may be easier to just build things from scratch. In any case, I can certainly offer the module as examples, although the db components are missing for most everything.

B. Integration: Quizz module, tracker...

I've bought a quizz module which needs to be integrated. I also have a tracker component which can be used, but it would need to be cleaned up (re-create db module), at a minimum it can be used as a model. In essence, the work is basically to integrate a quizz module with joomla site, along with a tracker to keep tab of scores associated with the quizzess. That is the work.

1. Integrate quiz module to site ( just install module - take a look here to get a sense of the quiz: http://www.demo.ari-soft.com/component/option,com_ariquiz/Itemid,13/)
2. Add a tag that will show up next to an article whenever the article has a quiz associated with it.(see this link as an example "CME" means there is a quiz for these articles - http://cme.medscape.com/neurology)
3. Extend quiz module to add a grade to each quiz associated with a test)
For Instance:
Article A, Quiz 1, Credits 2.5
Article B, Quiz 2, Credits 3.0
Article C, Quiz 3, Credits 0.75
4. Once you pass the quiz, you earn the number of credits associated with that quiz, and that is logged in a tracker.
For instance:
User A reads articles a, b, c, takes quizzes 1,2,3 so her tracker would total 6.25 credits
If User B only passes quizzes 2 and 3 the tracker will only show 3.75 credits.
Users can also manually add activities to the tracker
By the way, there is a tracker component that can be used, but it needs to work with Joomla 1.5. your choice use existing or build one

1. Install Latest joomla site

2. Install new banner ( I have those)

3. Modify Registration to create a two-step registration module
There will be some new fields added
A user can register (basic registration) and have access to article
If a user is trying to take test (using quizz module), the user will need to complete second part of registration (Additional information).
4. There will be various types of articles published on the site (news, journal, etc...)
5. Some articles will have a quiz associated with them (one to one)
6. Once a quizz is associated with an article (there will be a visisble tag next to such article CME) see example on Medscape site: http://cme.medscape.com/
7. Each CME article will have a certain number of credits associated with them
8. After taking a quiz successfully the user will earn the credit associated with the article
9. All earned credits will be maintained in a tracker.
10. When accessing the tracker a user will see the tally of all earned credits (internal from the site)
The user will also have to ability to add external credit to the tracker
11. Articles can be grouped by CME, article type (journal etc)
12. Create grouping "Resource Centers" that have specific articles associated with them
