we recently migrated from x-cart shopping cart to pinnacle cart.
We had purchased an add-on to x-cart that allowed us to list items from the admin of the cart on ebay. The program pulled data from our database and propagated a form that submitted our products to ebay.
We had total control over the listings being sent; custom template, shipping, and all other form fields we could edit.
I need a similar php program created to do this.
checkout the link below to the program

The requirement is pretty straightforward. They currently use pinnacle shopping cart system, and have a lot of data in the database. They want to pull the product information from the database and post it on ebay. They don't have the pinnacle cart source with them now, and they don't really need to embed the new code into the pinnacle code. So the new code is just a separate application using the same database.
The work flow is:
1. It has a login page.
2. After login, it will show a list page, which read the current product list from the database.
3. User can select a product to post on ebay (either a check box with button on top of the list, or just a button on each item).
4. The post product page is just like how you post a item on ebay. The user has a html template to use for ebay posting. Whatever can be filled in should be filled in with the values from database, like product name, description, image file, price, etc. Most of the posting are fixed price.
5. There should be an admin page that user can setup like things ebay URL and account, default posting information that is not available in the current database tables, like shipping information, etc. There should also be a simple user management module (We can check whether we can reuse their current user tables once we get the database schema. If we can re-use, we don't need to build our own user management module).
This is for the user internal usage only, so there is not much UI requirement, as long as it is convinient to use.
Since this is a little more than what he has metioned in the project, especially for the user management part,
