I am developing a wordpress site, to become a full community website for a particular sport. It will need forums, classified ads, and (very importantly) an equipment database; [brand, model, measurements etc], which will need to be integrated into the classified ad engine etc.

So I need a wordpress expert who knows wordpress intimately, but also has good knowledge of the best plugins available so that where possible we can use existing systems.

This is going to be a BIG website, I have a long list of requirements and it will continue to expand and grow over the next 12 months; probably longer. The work will come in many phases, as the site is going to evolve as we find out what its users want. So I am looking for a long-term relationship with a good designer, who can work for me on an hourly rate.

I have only selected the small project category, because that is the way we should start, with one small piece of the overall project. But then, for the right person, if I think we can work well together (and you are happy to work with me some more!) there will be a LOT of work here. And if this site works out well there will almost certainly be a lot more to follow.

I need someone who is flexible, speaks excellent english, and of course, is really good at wordpress and general developing in mysql and php. (Ideally jquery too).
