Iphone / IPad App that scans QR code (like app Scan), if QR code qualifies per a simple spec then redirect to a web page based on the code #. The redirect will have Iphone/IPad ID and registration information appended to the redirected address line.
If not a qualified QR ID - just redirect as defined by the QR but with out the add on appended data.
A signup page is required for the user to register and acquire unique user (registration) ID.
At the time the user signs up - the user will select one of a number of graphic images which will be used for all subsequent uses.
Note scan is automatic and redirects upon a scan. History - stored as in Scan app - will NOT include the appended information but if reused the appended information is sent, with a /h at the end.
