I am looking for some help developing a frameworks application for the iPhone that will detect the location of the phone and then query a SQL database on a Web Server to populate a list of entries based on a user defined distance from the phone location.

The user would then be able to select an entry on the list, which would then display more information about the specific entry from the database, including a picture.

We are looking for an experienced XCode developer who has already put together similar sorts of applications to basically help us launch our solution quickly.

If the solution is a success then an Android application would be required also.

A full Functional Design Specification would be issued to the developer. All code to be fully commented, tested and owned by ourselves.

The nearest application that I have seen like we are looking for is vouchercloud, although we are not looking at a voucher scheme at all, the mechanism of what we are wanting to do is very similar and described on the VoucherCloud merchant tools website.

We may also want to add push notifications to the app at a later date.
