I need to create an Android app for two separate Android based smartphones, each with their own SDK. The app will be a video server for streaming content that I will be able to upload. A new piece of video content will be uploaded weekly and there needs to be a simple video player with a comments field and icons for tagging for social networks, etc. and a searchable archive for past uploads. Content will not be user generated only webmaster generated.
