I need to have a Flash based app to work almost exactly as this:

The winning bidder must send at least 3 examples of their Flash developments.

I will put 10% deposit in escrow before project commencement, 30% will be paid upon completion, and 60% will be paid after 2 weeks of testing the system.

Winning bidder must be available on skype for the duration of the project, and be willing to be available at set times during Canadian business hours (GMT -5).
