We are currently looking for professionals with samples. Especially interested in developers who have done similar work in the past. We also encourage the use of existing professional modules that can be used in the development of this site. We got an idea from a bidder on a previous similar project posted on freelancer to use Joomla, with the Jomsocial plugin and Whisper Video for the webcam streaming.

There will be an agreed upon schedule with milestones. At a milestone we will want to review the work completed thus far
and commit to payment after approval of the each milestone. There will be no more than two milestones and a final acceptance.
All source code, scripts, software rights will be transferred to us at the conclusion of this effort. All milestone paymnts will not be released until end of project

We are a small group looking to create a good working relationship with the developer for future work as well.


I will envisage that the site will be made of up to 400 performers, with a worldwide audience. Thus the hosts of the site will need
to be able to function with this amount of bandwith in mind. It may also be possible to split the website into several mirror sites if
this is not possible to be able to do with just the one wesbite.

Each performer will be allocated a specific username and password, aswell as each user. credtits to be purchased in blocks of prepaid time.
performers will supply their own computer or laptop that will allow themselves to use and log on. Each user and perfomer will require a
secure online payment system, and i will envisage that each user and performer will be based throughout the world, thus payments to
and from each perfomer/user will need to reflect this.
